Synergy Healthcare for Kids is seeking a dependable, energetic, compassionate, and highly organized Pediatric Therapy Tech & Patient Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique, hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with children, interacting with patients and families, staying busy, and building relationships. The position combines pediatric therapy support and patient care coordination with community outreach and patient engagement for an exciting new adult service line. On the pediatric side of our practice, you will work closely with our Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and administrative team to help keep the clinic organized, treatment areas prepared, and children and families supported. You will also help us introduce and grow StemWave therapy , a non-invasive treatment option for adults experiencing orthopedic concerns and chronic pain. This portion of the position involves connecting with prospective patients, answering questions, coordinating consultations, following up with leads and patients, and helping build awareness of the service within our community. Responsibilities:
Pediatric Therapy & Clinic Support
Assist therapists with preparing treatment rooms, therapy materials, toys, and equipment
Clean, sanitize, and organize treatment spaces, toys, equipment, and therapy materials between sessions
Help maintain a safe, organized, clean, and child-friendly clinic environment
Assist with clinic flow and transitioning children to and from treatment areas
Provide support to therapists during appropriate therapy activities as directed
Prepare, organize, copy, laminate, and assemble therapy materials
Restock treatment rooms and monitor therapy and clinic supplies
Assist with opening the clinic and preparing treatment areas for the day
Help clinicians stay on schedule by supporting efficient transitions and clinic flow
Interact professionally, patiently, and positively with children, parents, therapists, and staff
Follow clinic policies regarding safety, infection control, confidentiality, and
HIPAA Responsibilities:
StemWave Patient Coordination & Community Outreach
Connect with individuals who inquire about StemWave therapy through our website, Facebook, advertising, referrals, and community outreach
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries by phone, text, and email
Educate prospective patients about StemWave therapy and the initial consultation process
Answer general questions and help prospective patients determine their appropriate next step
Schedule StemWave consultations and treatment appointments
Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments within the clinic system
Follow up with prospective patients who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled
Follow up with patients after their first StemWave session
Assist with Facebook messages, communication, and outreach
Help develop relationships with community members and referral sources
Support community outreach efforts designed to increase awareness of StemWave therapy
Represent Synergy with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help others Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of experience in healthcare, administration, patient coordination, childcare, education, therapy, customer service, community outreach, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred
Experience working with children preferred
Experience in a medical office, therapy clinic, childcare, education, or other patient-facing environment is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
Able to take direction while also working independently and taking initiative
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced pediatric environment
Able to manage multiple responsibilities and shift priorities throughout the day
Friendly, patient, and professional when interacting with children, families, and adult patients
Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and in person
Comfortable cleaning and sanitizing toys, equipment, and treatment spaces
Comfortable learning medical office and patient-management software

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 32.0 per week
