Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Eagle Vision One is seeking a high-caliber Team Manager to lead our New Eye Health Center opening October 2026. What You'll Do As our Eye Health Center Team Manager, you will work closely with our Eye Health Director to build an extraordinary environment for both our patients and our team.

Drive Operational Excellence:

Develop and refine efficient patient care systems to keep the clinic running seamlessly. Lead on the

Floor:

Provide direct patient care on the clinical floor, leading by example and maintaining high standard of care and efficiency.

Empower & Develop People:

Coach, train, and mentor individual team members to help them grow professionally and personally.

Cultivate Culture:

Foster a positive, energetic, and highly productive team environment.

Master Customer Service:

Deliver top-tier patient care, handle customer service needs, and expertly de-escalate challenging situations with tact and empathy.

Strategic Collaboration:

Plan and execute impactful training meetings, reporting directly to and coordinating efforts with the Eye Health Director. What We're Looking For We are looking for a hands-on leader who leads with empathy, self-awareness, and clear communication.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Hands-on management experience (Required). Exceptional practical skills and technical proficiency relevant to Optometry care. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback. High self-awareness, reliability, tact, and strong interpersonal skills. An innovative, creative solutions mindset to tackle challenges head-on.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in Optometry or Ophthalmology is strongly preferred.
