WHAT YOUR DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE

Clinical care Obtain and accurately record patient vitals Administer IM injections Perform urinalysis, EKGs, phlebotomy, and body composition testing Prepare and manage lab orders and results Document patient progress in the EMR in real time Front desk & scheduling Open the clinic and set the tone — scrub the schedule, prep encounter forms, check supplies, and make sure everything is ready before the first patient walks in Check patients in, complete assessments, collect payments, and communicate balances in real time Own the phones — confirming appointments, calling no-shows, converting new leads into booked visits, and following up on overdue patients every week Keep the schedule full and tight — reschedule cancellations fast, book midweek injections, and make sure no patient falls through the cracks Sales & patient support Sell injection packages, vitamins, shakes, and supplements by educating patients on what actually moves the needle for their results Conduct follow-up calls to review progress and address concerns Ask for Google reviews at the right moments — after milestones, great visits, and patient wins Closing out Reconcile payments, count the cash drawer, submit claims, review billing, and make sure tomorrow's schedule is clean Maintain daily inventory for clinical and office supplies
