Job Description

We are looking for Strong leaders with a degree in a human service related field that want to make a difference in the lives of others! Our organization has more than 35 years experience serving adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. What does a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional, QIDP do?
  • A Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) creates service plans, activity plans and learning goals for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • A Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) manages a staff of direct care workers
  • A Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) works independently to oversee daily operations of small residential home for adults with developmental disabilities
Qualifications:
  • Strong Management skills, dedication, team attitude, strong leadership skills and computers skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a human service related field (sociology, special education, psychology, other) from a four-year college or university.
  • Minimum of one year of personal or professional experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities.

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
