Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop the service team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. Handle scheduling, workload planning, and daily work assignments to ensure efficient operations. Conduct regular staff meetings and one-on-ones to communicate expectations and drive accountability. Address performance issues and team challenges promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

3-7+ years of plumbing project or service management experience. Strong interpersonal skills with both clients and internal teams. Proven communication, coaching, and leadership abilities. Experience with project budgeting and managing financial performance. Ability to quickly resolve team and operational issues. Highly organized with exceptional prioritization and time management skills.
