We provide a vast array of services including Botox, fillers, laser treatments, microneedling, body sculpting, facials, weight loss programs, and much more. We are looking for a highly motivated and personable candidate to work at our front desk and help coordinate patient care and enhance the patient experience. Our clinic is growing and we need support as we open our second location in Westmont!
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for aestheticians and providers
  • Answer phone calls and client questions
  • Educate patients on services offered, aftercare, and downtime
  • Coordinate and assist with event planning and preparation
  • Coordinate patient care and rooming, enhance overall patient experience
  • Take clients photos, for before and after comparisons
Experience:
  • Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of medical or aesthetics receptionist duties is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience in calendar management is beneficial This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment with a supportive team.
