The Role As a BCBA / Clinic Director at Stride, you'll carry a small caseload of preschool learners (ages 2-6) and lead the clinical operations of your center. You'll report to a Director of Clinical Operations with consistent consultative access to thought leaders in ABA, and you'll work alongside motivated, mission-driven colleagues who share your commitment to clinical excellence. Placement within the range is determined by years of BCBA experience, leadership experience, clinical expertise, geographic market, and internal equity considerations.
