Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Orders Management Coordinator for our Home Health team. The successful candidate will oversee the processing and management of patient orders, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining accurate medical records. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of health information management, and a commitment to patient confidentiality. Duties Coordinate and process patient orders efficiently within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain comprehensive medical records in accordance with health information management standards and healthcare privacy protection policies. Collaborate with clinical staff to verify order details, ensuring compliance with health regulation policies and medical terminology standards. Manage documentation related to revenue cycle management, including billing codes and insurance information. Ensure adherence to clinical confidentiality policies while handling sensitive patient information in electronic health records (EHR). Support the implementation of health information regulatory compliance measures across all documentation processes. Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to medical records or order processing, providing excellent customer service to internal teams. Requirements Proven experience in medical office administration or healthcare records management, preferably within a home health setting. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and EHR systems, including EMR/EHR platforms. Knowledge of health regulation policies, healthcare privacy laws, and medical coding standards. Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical confidentiality policies, and health information regulatory compliance requirements. Experience with records management and revenue cycle management processes. Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clinical staff, patients, and insurance providers.
