About SamiCapital SamiCapital is a growing teleradiology practice providing high-quality diagnostic imaging interpretations to hospitals, imaging centers, urgent care facilities, physician practices, and healthcare organizations throughout the United States. Our team is committed to delivering timely, accurate radiology services while maintaining exceptional client service and operational excellence. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Medical Administrator & Bookkeeper to oversee the administrative, financial, and operational functions of our practice. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our growing organization. Position Summary The Medical Administrator & Bookkeeper will oversee the administrative, bookkeeping, financial, and operational functions of the practice. This individual will work directly with ownership to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the organization by maintaining accurate financial records, managing administrative processes, coordinating office operations, and supporting the continued growth and efficiency of the practice. ResponsibilitiesPractice Administration Manage the daily administrative operations of the teleradiology practice. Coordinate physician onboarding, credentialing, licensing, and malpractice renewals. Maintain physician records, contracts, and credentialing files. Organize and maintain electronic records and business documentation. Coordinate meetings, calendars, and executive scheduling. Monitor operational workflows and recommend process improvements. Maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative systems. Order and manage office supplies and business services as needed. Bookkeeping & Accounting Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts. Prepare monthly financial reports. Coordinate payroll with payroll providers. Track physician compensation and independent contractor payments. Manage vendor invoices and recurring business expenses. Work with the company's CPA during month-end and year-end reporting. Assist with budgeting and cash flow tracking. Healthcare Operations Support the daily operational workflow of the teleradiology practice. Coordinate provider credentialing with hospitals and imaging facilities. Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards. Track provider licenses, malpractice insurance, and continuing education requirements. Assist with quality assurance documentation and regulatory compliance. Maintain contracts, insurance policies, and corporate records. Human Resources Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding. Maintain personnel files and employment documentation. Assist with recruiting and interview scheduling. Coordinate employee benefits administration. Maintain employee handbook updates and HR documentation. Executive Support Provide administrative support to ownership. Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents. Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings as needed. Assist with special projects and business initiatives. QualificationsRequired Minimum of three (3) years of experience in medical office administration or healthcare operations. Minimum of three (3) years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Proficiency with QuickBooks Online. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Preferred Experience working in a radiology, teleradiology, imaging center, or physician practice. Knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle management. Experience with PACS, RIS, EMR, or radiology workflow systems. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
