We are seeking candidates with experience in Cerner Millennium, Soarian, RevElate, Epic, Allscripts, or

MEDITECH.

This position requires an analytical thinker willing to disrupt and reimagine how healthcare systems can best be leveraged to address business needs, with a strong focus on connecting clinical actions to quality revenue cycle outcomes. Experience in clinical consulting or a healthcare clinical setting preferred. This candidate will work directly with healthcare and IT stakeholders to share recommendations and best practices across the clinical healthcare spectrum. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients on clinical recommendations and best practices Identify and track key metrics to support current and long-term success Focus on developing efficient and safe clinical functions Complete deliverables aligned to project timelines Responsible for client calls and relationships Support project team members Willing to travel onsite to work with all levels of client leadership (less than 50%) Skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare and/or IT necessary Deadline and detail oriented High analytical skills High integrity Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and under pressure while handling multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to make decisions and use proper judgment with confidential and sensitive issues Ability to deal appropriately with team members and stakeholders in stressful situations and to seek direction from supervisors when necessary Demonstrate basic computer/word processing skills Bachelor's degree in clinical field, CIS, Information Technology, or relevant field or relevant industry experience
