This role is centered around helping patients understand the importance of dental care, explaining treatment options, and coordinating financial arrangements for treatment. Responsibilities also include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, processing patients' insurance claims, verifying patients' information, handling in-bound and out-bound calls, and processing payments for treatment. We are looking for someone who is positive, out-going, goal-driven, and customer service oriented. Health care, sales or insurance claim processing experience are a plus! Duties Include:
Schedule appointments using Open Dental computer software. Review patients' accounts to determine accurate amount to collect for treatment. Handle in-bound and out-bound calls. Ensuring that all patients' questions and issues are resolved properly and quickly Input patient information into Open Dental Ensure an exceptional patient experience by greeting patients, sending thank you cards, and ensure patients receive patient gifts according to company policies Create and present treatment plans to patients based on doctor's diagnosis
Experience:
We are willing to do on the site training for the right candidate! Basic computer skills desired include Microsoft Office and canva Experience with Open Dental a plus! Prior health care or dental experience a plus! Sales experience a plus! Insurance claim processing a plus! Good communication/verbal skills, ability to multitask, basic computer skills required. Must have an out-going, positive personality and be comfortable with doing sales and discussing finances with patients. Negative drug test required• Background check required•

Full-time Salary:
Pay commensurate with experience. Starting pay is $15 per hour.
