GFaceMD is seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to support our Cape Cod Massachusetts location in Mashpee Commons. Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to patients and medical providers Manage scheduling, answer pre-visit questions, and handle inbound calls Open and close the office; maintain a clean and organized environment Perform daily administrative tasks, including data entry and medical record updates Welcome patients and ensure a seamless, elevated in-office experience Assist with retail sales and order fulfillment for the Soyier Skin Collection Maintain inventory and restock patient rooms Support the Administrative Leadership Team as needed Upload before/after photos into patient charts Coordinate email communications and patient reward programs No two days are the same and we're excited to see what strengths you bring to our team!

Qualifications:

High level of professionalism and strong written/verbal communication Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or a medical office Superior client-service mindset and ability to multitask Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment Eager to learn, grow, and refine your professional skillset Ability to travel between practice locations for training when needed Passion for medical aesthetics Social media, marketing, or content creation experience is a plus What This Role Means for You You will be an essential part of the patient experience at GFaceMD.
