Office Manager - Specialty & OB/GYN Clinics Gifford Medical Center • General Surgery Randolph , VT Management Full Time , Days , Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 Salary range: $34.25 - $51.37 per hour Req # 1623 Posted 08/27/2026 Gifford is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Specialty and OBGYN services . This role is responsible for the overall performance of the practices, including staffing, budget management, clinic operations, and resolving patient concerns. The Office Manager will ensure the efficient operation of all daily functions, including patient access, scheduling, care coordination, and the safe delivery of care. This position also actively supports the team by participating in direct patient care coordination and operational activities as needed.

Requirements:
