Job Description

Join Our Dynamic Dental Team! Our Office is looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. This is a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment patients walk through our doors. Responsibilities Welcome patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments using Eaglesoft dental practice management software. Answer and manage a multi-line phone system with excellent phone etiquette. Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and pre-authorizations, and assist with insurance claim processing. Collect patient information and ensure accurate data entry into electronic patient records. Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines. Assist patients with treatment scheduling, financial arrangements, and general questions. Support billing and collection processes, including insurance verification and patient payments. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, faxing, and maintaining an organized front office. Work closely with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations and an outstanding patient experience. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental office is strongly preferred. Proficiency with Eaglesoft is highly preferred. Knowledge of dental insurance plans, claims processing, and insurance verification. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy, fast-paced environment. Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Pay:
$25.84 - $31.11 per hour
