Boston Rehabilitation Center /Shore Point Recovery | Wareham, MA Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00
PM Salary:
$75,000-$85,000 annually, based on experience About the Role Shore Point Recovery is seeking an experienced, highly adaptable Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our substance use treatment facility in Wareham, MA. We are looking for a true "Swiss Army knife" — someone who understands behavioral healthcare, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable stepping in wherever needed to keep the facility running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role. The ideal candidate can move seamlessly between operations, case management support, group facilitation, staff oversight, client needs, and administrative responsibilities while maintaining strong organization, professionalism, and accountability. Key Responsibilities Oversee and support daily facility operations Assist with case management and client coordination as needed Facilitate or support therapeutic/psychoeducational groups when appropriate Provide hands-on support to staff across departments Help troubleshoot operational and client-related issues in real time Maintain strong communication between clinical, medical, case management, and operations teams Support scheduling, documentation, compliance, and administrative needs Assist leadership with implementing policies, procedures, and operational improvements Help ensure the facility remains organized, safe, efficient, and client-focused Step into gaps when necessary to ensure continuity of care and operations What We're Looking For Previous experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, mental health, or a related healthcare setting Strong understanding of treatment-facility operations and client care Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently Comfortable working directly with both clients and staff Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Flexible, resourceful, and willing to jump in wherever needed Master's degree strongly preferred Clinical licensure strongly preferred (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or comparable credential) Previous operations, case management, clinical, or treatment-center leadership experience strongly preferred
Schedule & Compensation Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00
PM Salary:
