In this role, you will oversee clinical services, including assessments, treatment planning, and case reviews, while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health care. You will leverage innovative software tools and EHR systems to track outcomes, streamline workflows, and support data-informed decisions. The supervisor will mentor therapists, coordinate complex cases, collaborate with cross-functional tech and clinical teams, and uphold regulatory and documentation standards in a hybrid work setting. Responsibilities Supervise and mentor behavioral health therapists, providing clinical guidance and performance feedback. Oversee treatment planning, case reviews, and quality standards for behavioral health services. Leverage software tools, EHR, and analytics to monitor outcomes and improve care delivery. Collaborate with product and IT teams to refine tech-enabled behavioral health workflows. Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards, including HIPAA. Coordinate complex cases, crisis interventions, and care plans with cross-functional teams. Develop and deliver training on clinical best practices and use of digital tools for staff. Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports on program effectiveness and outcomes.
