Position Summary The Site Supervisor, is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Intensive Out-patient Program with Housing(IOPD) in Canton, MI. The Site Supervisor oversees all Canton program staff including primary therapists, group therapists, and support staff to ensure quality services are performed in a safe and efficient manner. This position is a combination of clinical and administrative duties. The Site Supervisor will also hold a caseload and deliver individual and group therapy to adult clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will use the LIGHT model to guide clinical decision-making and support clients in achieving sustainable recovery. Key Responsibilities Provide oversight, educational and supervisory support and services to LIGHT House team members Lead and oversee all personnel, assist in clinical supervision of staff. Provide coaching and direction to employees. Assist with completing performance evaluations and disciplinary actions when necessary along with Site Director and Human Resources Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and respond to client needs Ensure groups are facilitated as scheduled (start on time, end on time, cover the topics on the schedule) Oversee client admission and discharges to the program Ensure all State Licensing and CARF standards are fully implemented Engage in clinical activities by caring a caseload as directed by the Clinical Director. Provide weekly individual therapy for assigned clients Ensure employees are properly trained for their assigned duties Serve as an emergency on call and emergency responder when necessary In conjunction with the Clinical Director, facilitate supervision of interns. Other duties assigned. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology(or a Human Services related field) Full licensure (LMSW, LPC, LP etc.) Minimum two years of experience in substance use disorder counseling, preferably 5+ years CADC, CAADC, or MCBAP Development Plan (support provided to obtain plan if not currently held) Ability to lead, motivate and inspire others Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Preferred Training and experience in trauma-informed care Experience treating co-occurring mental health disorders Familiarity with authorization processes for Michigan's PIHP system Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
