Exempt Position Summary The clinic director provides operational and clinical leadership for the MHS clinic. This position is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, supporting staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting quality patient care, and fostering a positive, patient-centered culture. The Clinic director partners with organizational leaders to improve operational efficiency, enhance patient access and satisfaction, and support strategic initiatives that strengthen the delivery of outpatient services. Salary $45-$80/hr Duties / Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight of the daily clinic operations Recruit, develop, coach, and evaluate clinic support staff. Coordinate staffing and scheduling to ensure efficient operations and appropriate patient access. Promote quality improvement, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities to improve patient experience, workflow efficiency, and operational outcomes. Collaborate with organizational leaders on strategic initiatives, population health efforts, and care coordination. Develop and maintain clinic policies, procedures, and operational standards. Participate in leadership meetings, quality initiatives, and organizational committees. Perform other duties as assigned Education / Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Knowledge of clinic operations, regulatory requirements, quality improvement, and healthcare management principles.
