Will consider a PT or PTA Position Summary The Lead Therapist plays a key role in supporting the rehabilitation department by: Delivering high-quality therapy services within their licensed discipline (PT or PTA). Assisting with team coordination, scheduling, and daily operational flow. Serving as a clinical resource and liaison for the DOR, RVP, facility staff, and Continuum leadership. Promoting compliance, clinical excellence, and program development to ensure patient success. This position functions as a peer leader (non-supervisory) , providing mentorship, team support, and quality assurance while remaining focused on direct patient care.
