We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator at a Bayview Dental in Polson. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in creating a positive patient experience. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their dental care journey by scheduling appointments, verifying information, coordinating patient needs, and ensuring accurate documentation. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service will help ensure efficient dental operations and exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with professionalism Schedule, confirm, and manage dental appointments. Collect and verify patient insurance and registration information. Complete patient check-ins and check-outs while ensuring a positive patient experience. Support dental providers and clinical staff by coordinating patient flow and communication. Maintain and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies. Assist patients with questions regarding services. Determine patient payment and collect copay.
