We are a Mental and Health Wellness Center committed to providing exceptional, integrative care that supports both mental and physical health. We offer in-person services in Harnett County and Cumberland County. Our focus is delivering quality care, building strong communities, and creating real change in the lives of those we serve.
Position Overview:
We are seeking Full Time Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our growing team. This is a full-time position . This is not just a therapy role—this is a growth opportunity . The selected candidate will play a key role in clinical services and program expansion. You must be able to manage a consistent caseload, meet productivity expectations, and contribute to the overall direction of services within the organization. In addition to providing high-quality clinical care, this role will support operations and perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical and organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual ,family therapy , and group services Conduct Clinical Comprehensive Assessments (CCAs) as needed Onsite therapy at school locations in Harnett and Cumberland County Develop and update treatment plans in alignment with client goals Utilize evidence-based practices and appropriate measuring tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR system Maintain a consistent caseload and meet productivity expectations Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training Support integrative sessions connecting mental and physical health outcomes Develop, implement, and facilitate workshops, clinical series, and therapeutic programs Contribute to program growth, service development, and overall clinical excellence Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinical and organizational needs
Requirements:
Active North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent). Associates are welcome to apply Strong clinical, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to manage a caseload and meet productivity expectations Experience with telehealth platforms preferred (will train) Commitment to providing exceptional, client-centered care Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
