We're looking for someone who understands that the front desk is more than answering phones—it's the first impression of our practice. The right person will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, comfortable with technology, and genuinely enjoy helping people. If you're someone who takes ownership, communicates confidently, provides outstanding customer service, and enjoys working in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities

Welcome patients and assist them in a warm, professional manner
Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and communicate effectively with patients
Schedule new leads and manage appointments for existing patients
Deliver exceptional customer service and help create a positive patient experience
Perform front-desk administrative duties and general office tasks
Maintain accurate records and support daily office operations
Use Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and PowerPoint
Work proficiently with Google Workspace, including Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver superior customer service are a MUST
Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Previous experience in a front-desk, medical office, physical therapy, chiropractic, or customer-service role is a plus
