Maintains program compliance with accreditation standards according to accrediting bodies, developing and implementing schedules. Promotes the College's dedication to student success, excellence, community involvement, and strategic objectives. Meeting the requirements of the RCC Faculty Teaching load as outlined in the college policies and procedures. Detailed Work Activities E ssential Duties Assists in facilitating student registration, enrollment processes, and retention efforts by providing guidance and support services Assist in promoting programs through various communication channels including digital media, print materials, and community engagement Fostering meaningful relationships with internal and external partners to effectively carry out the purpose of the instruction and training. Assist the Director in maintaining necessary accreditation records for all programs set forth by their governing bodies Maintains appropriate certifications, credentials and licenses Assists with establishing goals and objectives for the course, selecting text and constructing a syllabus Serving as a role model and advocate for the Health Occupations industry, Robeson County and across North Carolina Participating in activities that promote and enhance the college's imageamongits variouspublic. Planning/Organizing Coordinating the development and scheduling of Health Occupations courses. Maintaining compliance with established performance standards with the North Carolina Community College System, Robeson Community College, and other entities. Organizing procedures for the implementation of all official policies and regulations of Robeson Community College and programmatic governing bodies. Implementing the Equipment Management System policies and procedures for Robeson Community College and the North Carolina Community College System. Organizing, planning, and consulting with internal and external teams/committees. Coordinating/Implementing Coordinates course offerings, instructor assignments, and classroom availability to ensure smooth operation Ensure that instructional materials, equipment, and facilities are available and properly utilized Assists in organizing and attending faculty and staff training and conferences to enhance instructional quality Assist in overseeing day to day program operations, ensuring objectives, timelines and quality standards are met Professionalism/Public Relations Maintaining intra-institution relationships with members of the Board of Trustees, administrative personnel and other employees of the college Providing appropriate liaison support with the North Carolina Community College System, Robeson Community College and other relational entities Participating in activities that promote and enhance the college's image among its various public Other Attends various meetings and serves on a variety of committees on and off campus Performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Health Occupations, Dean of Continuing Education and the Executive VP of Robeson Community College. Skills Ability to use Microsoft Office software, or similar software, for word processing, basic spreadsheets, email communications, and present at io ns. Ability to learn to use college's computer software as applicable to job duties, such as fore-procurement or community college system forms and documentations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form. Ability to communicate and interact well with others in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to maintain a positive attitude. Qualifications Educat i on Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related health field from an accredited institution. Experience Minimum of two years of experience in related health field of licensure or certification.
