JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Placement Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting all clinical education activities across assigned Allied Health programs. This includes scheduling clinical rotations, ensuring compliance with site requirements, maintaining relationships with clinical partners, and collaborating with program directors, faculty, and staff to ensure high-quality clinical learning experiences for students. The coordinator serves as the primary liaison between NDSCS Allied Health programs and clinical agencies, overseeing accurate onboarding, compliance documentation, and placement processes for both students and faculty. The role also supports simulation scheduling and may assist with clinical lab preparation as needed. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in an Allied Health or Nursing program area from a regionally accredited institution or 4 years of work experience in healthcare. Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or allied health role. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn clinical/education software systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with FERPA, HIPAA, and clinical agency requirements. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Allied Health, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related areas. Experience coordinating clinical education or managing clinical partnerships. Familiarity with systems such as CastleBranch, Verified Credentials, Clinician Nexus, or other healthcare onboarding platforms. Experience with simulation scheduling or clinical lab support. Experience working in higher education or with accreditation processes.
Additional Information SALARY:
$40,000-$45,000, commensurate with education and experience
