What You'll Do As our Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in the daily operations of our front office by: Welcoming and assisting patients with a positive, caring attitude Coordinating patient appointments and care Processing dental insurance claims Assisting patients with financing options Supporting a smooth and efficient patient experience from start to finish Coordinate communication between patients and dental staff to facilitate treatment planning and follow-up care.
