Caldwell University invites applications for part-time (at least 20 hr/week) Clinical Supervisor. Reporting to the Director for the Center for Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for collaborating with the Director in further developing center-wide systems and overseeing their implementation for the Center for Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Develop and approve behavior treatment plans Develop and approve skill acquisition programs Develop and approve goals, objectives, PLAAFPs, and progress reports Collaborate with Director of Training, Assistant Clinical Supervisors, Fellows and Graduate Assistants on the development of individualized learner protocols Conduct and supervise assessments Provide and supervise caregiver training Collaborate with other service providers as needed Provide training during sessions to Graduate Assistants, Fellows, and instructors Design and implement the graduate practicum course Design and implement the undergraduate internship course Serve as Clinical Supervisors for graduate practicum students and undergraduate interns Determine final course grades Supervise graduate practicum students as per BACB guidelines Analyze progress of learners, Fellows, Graduate Assistants, and instructors through data analysis and objective evaluation Evaluate graduate practicum student performance via one-on-one verbal skills evaluations and announced/unannounced clinical skills evaluations Supervise Fellows and Graduate Assistants in their evaluation of graduate practicum student performance, including clinical skills evaluations, program reviews of graphs, set sheets, procedural integrity forms, and curriculum requests and verbal skills evaluations at team meetings Evaluate undergraduate intern performance of weekly reflections, one-on-one verbal skills evaluations, clinical skills evaluations, and presentations on programs Supervise Fellows in their evaluation of graduate assistant performance including: clinical skills evaluations, program reviews of graphs, set sheets, data sheets, procedural integrity forms & curriculum requests, and verbal skills evaluations at team meetings Supervise Graduate Assistants in their evaluation of undergraduate intern performance, including clinical skills evaluations Supervise Graduate Assistants in their evaluation of employee performance, including program reviews of graphs, set sheets, data sheets, procedural integrity forms, and curriculum requests Run practicum class meetings, including teaching content of various topics (e.g., professionalism, graphing/data analysis/visual analysis, discrete trial teaching, incidental teaching, reinforcement systems, treatment of interfering behaviors, feeding interventions, verbal behavior) and providing opportunities for students to practice these skills Provide positive and corrective feedback to all staff members in a professional manner, both in person and in writing (e.g., in staff member evaluation forms) and receive positive and corrective feedback Develop and follow all CAABA protocols and policies Possible additional responsibilities: Create team assignments, Attend learner weekly team meetings, Conduct research in various areas to enhance learner progress and add to the behavior analytic literature, Provide scheduling recommendations to the Director based on learner needs Ph. D. in Applied Behavior Analysis or related area. Must also be a certified behavior analyst and licensed to practice behavior analysis in New Jersey.
