Role:
As a Surgical Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our team, responsible for managing out-of-network spine surgery authorizations and ensuring seamless coordination between patients, providers, and surgical teams. This role is essential to optimizing patient outcomes and supporting the efficiency of our clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and obtain outofnetwork authorizations for spine surgeries Communicate with insurance companies, surgical facilities, and referring providers Serve as a liaison between patients and clinical staff regarding surgery preparation Maintain accurate documentation and followup on pending authorizations Support scheduling and administrative tasks related to surgical procedures
What You Bring:
Prior experience handling outofnetwork spine surgery authorizations in New Jersey Associate degree and 24 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fastpaced environment Professional demeanor with flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive attitude Bilingual proficiency is a plus

In accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, we disclose that this position falls within Pay Grade 5 of the 2025 OPM Salary Table applicable to the NY, NJ, CT, and PA region.
