We are looking for a personable, organized, tech-savvy Patient Experience & Growth Coordinator to help support both the patient experience and the continued growth of the practice. This is not a traditional front-desk position. The right person will help communicate with current and prospective patients, manage follow-up and scheduling, support day-to-day administrative needs, and assist with social media, content creation, AI-supported workflows, and practice growth. We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking with people, takes initiative, stays organized, and genuinely enjoys helping a small business grow. Responsibilities Respond to prospective and current patient calls, texts, emails, and general inquiries Follow up with prospective patients and help guide them toward scheduling the appropriate consultation or service Assist with patient scheduling, onboarding, reminders, and general administrative support Maintain accurate patient and lead information within the EMR and CRM Help ensure prospective patient inquiries are followed up with consistently Assist with patient retention and re-engagement Support social media planning, content creation, filming, editing, and posting Help plan, organize, film, and create engaging content that highlights the practice, its services, and the provider behind the brand Assist with Instagram, Facebook, email marketing, and other digital content Comfortably use AI tools to support content creation, organization, marketing, and day-to-day practice workflows Help identify new outreach, partnership, and growth opportunities Track basic lead, scheduling, and growth metrics Assist with general practice projects and evolving administrative needs Requirements Associate degree or higher required. Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, friendly, and comfortable speaking with both current and prospective patients Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable learning and using new technology Comfortable with social media and short-form content Comfortable using AI tools to their full potential and learning new ways to improve efficiency, creativity, and organization Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong written communication and spelling skills Interest in healthcare, wellness, hormones, metabolic health, weight management, or longevity Must understand and respect patient privacy and HIPAA requirements Selected candidates may be asked to complete a brief workplace communication and behavioral-style assessment as part of the interview process. Assessment results are considered alongside experience, communication skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. Preferred Qualifications The following are not required but are a strong plus: Previous experience in a medical office, wellness practice, aesthetics practice, concierge practice, or similar healthcare setting Experience with Hint Health EMR/Billing system Current nursing student or healthcare student Medical Assistant experience or certification Phlebotomy experience Experience with Canva, CapCut, Instagram Reels, Facebook, email marketing, or similar platforms Previous experience with lead follow-up, patient scheduling, sales, or patient conversion Experience with CRM systems or patient management software Schedule Approximately 10 guaranteed hours per week to start , with the opportunity for additional hours as the practice grows and the role expands. Some responsibilities may be completed remotely as appropriate Anticipated start date: January 2027 Compensation & Growth $18-$22/hour to start , based on experience and qualifications Additional commission/incentive compensation tied to new patient growth Opportunity to earn additional compensation beyond the hourly rate based on successful practice-growth efforts Initial 6-month introductory period Compensation will be reviewed after successful completion of the introductory period Opportunity for an increased hourly rate based on performance, reliability, responsibilities, and contribution to the practice Opportunity for increased weekly hours and expanded responsibilities as the position and practice grow After successful completion of the 6-month introductory period, employee will become eligible for discounted Prosper Health and Wellness services NJ earned sick leave provided in accordance with applicable law About Prosper Health and Wellness Prosper Health and Wellness is a growing private medical practice focused on personalized care, prevention, and helping patients feel and function their best.
