This is a full time position. You are the first face and voice our patients interact with during their recovery journey. This is not an entry-level reception role . We are looking for someone who already understands the fast-paced flow of a musculoskeletal clinic, knows how to handle high daily patient volume, and can confidently manage high-frequency scheduling without letting care plans drop off.

Primary Responsibilities Front Desk Operations:

Warmly greet patients, manage intake forms, check patients in/out, and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.

Active Schedule Management:

Schedule multi-visit care plans, manage cancellation/wait lists, and follow up with unscheduled patients to keep them on track with their treatment goals.

Insurance & Payments:

Collect co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance at the time of service; verify patient eligibility prior to initial evaluation.

Therapist Liaison:

Work closely with our physical therapy team to ensure patient flow stays on schedule and authorization limits are tracked. Required Qualifications (Strictly Enforced)

Required Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years in a Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Orthopedic, or Pain Management office. (Resumes without relevant outpatient clinic experience will not be reviewed.)

High-Volume Scheduling:

Proven ability to manage multi-therapist schedules and keep cancellation rates low.

Communication Skills:

Empathetic listener who can interact comfortably with patients in physical pain while keeping clinic boundaries firm.

Tech Savvy:

Familiarity with outpatient EMR/scheduling platforms (Prompt or WebPT are preferred).
