Halfway House Residential Treatment Programs in Millville, Vineland, and Galloway, NJ, as well as Outpatient (IOP/OP) services in Millville, NJ. We are committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered treatment and fostering long-term recovery. Overview HHG is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Services to provide hands-on clinical leadership and oversight across our residential and outpatient treatment programs. This position is responsible for clinical supervision, regulatory compliance, clinical programming, documentation oversight, staff development, and quality of care. The Regional Director will maintain an active presence at HHG program locations and work collaboratively with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams. Regular travel between HHG locations in Millville, Vineland, and Galloway is required. Duties and Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to CADCs and clinical interns in accordance with New Jersey licensing and certification requirements Provide hands-on clinical leadership and oversight across HHG's

residential and IOP/OP programs Ensure compliance with applicable New Jersey regulations, ASAM criteria, CARF standards, payer requirements, and HHG policies Oversee the quality and consistency of treatment planning, individual counseling, case management, group services, discharge planning, and referrals Conduct routine clinical chart audits to ensure documentation is timely, accurate, complete, and compliant Identify clinical and documentation deficiencies and ensure appropriate corrective action and follow-up Monitor clinical programming and service delivery across all HHG programs Provide coaching, training, supervision, and professional development to clinical staff Participate in staff recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and corrective action as appropriate Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and coordinate with clinical, medical, case management, and residential staff Collaborate with executive leadership, referral sources, medical providers, and community partners Participate in licensing, accreditation, quality improvement, and corrective-action activities Participate in the agency's on-call leadership rotation Travel routinely among HHG locations in Millville, Vineland, and Galloway, NJ Qualifications Candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria: NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR NJ Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) OR NJ Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) OR Doctoral degree in Human Services, Mental Health, or Social Work any of above must also have: Minimum of 5 years of experience in addiction services At least 2 years in a supervisory role At least 2 years of supervisory experience Additional Requirements Must hold a clinical supervision certification (e.g., CCS, ACS , or other credential accepted applicable New Jersey requirements) Strong knowledge of ASAM criteria, New Jersey SUD treatment regulations, clinical documentation requirements, and CARF standards Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to supervise and hold clinical staff accountable for performance and documentation Ability and willingness to routinely travel between HHG program locations Preferred Qualifications Experience overseeing multiple residential and outpatient substance use treatment programs Experience with
