Rotation Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Revenue Cycle Director, the Patient Access Manager is responsible for the overall operation of Registration. Utilizing effective planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling mechanisms, the Manager ensures that efficient and effective services are provided. This position will assist with the communication between the facility and the Revenue Cycle Director in relationship to the subsequent management of the Admit functions of the facility. The Patient Access Manager is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.Job Requirements:
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Associate's Degree equivalent education/experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years' previous office management and accounts receivable experience with supervisory responsibilities required.
