About Bloom@PPRC Bloom@PPRC is a nonprofit behavioral health organization dedicated to expanding access to culturally sensitive, holistic mental health care during the perinatal period. Born from Pregnant with Possibilities Resource Center's (PPRC) commitment to addressing identified gaps in maternal mental health services, Bloom works to eliminate barriers to quality care and empower individuals and families to thrive. Our approach recognizes that perinatal mental health requires more than a single form of support. Through therapy, counseling, mindfulness, group-based care, and community connection, Bloom@PPRC serves the entire family ecosystem—including birthing persons, support partners, and children. We recognize the unique cultural and social factors that can affect maternal mental health and are committed to ensuring families have access to meaningful support regardless of socioeconomic background. As the need for specialized perinatal behavioral health services continues to grow, Bloom@PPRC is building a system of care where individuals and families feel seen, supported, and empowered to BLOOM to their fullest potential. Position Overview Bloom@PPRC is seeking an experienced, independently licensed Clinical Director to provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of our clinical services. As Bloom@PPRC's senior clinical leader, the Clinical Director is responsible for strengthening clinical practice, staff development, service delivery, documentation, risk management, provider performance, and quality of care. This position partners closely with the President & CEO and organizational leadership to strengthen clinical systems, improve client access and outcomes, and maintain an ethical, compliant, client-centered, and sustainable system of care. Monitor high-risk and clinically complex cases and support appropriate crisis intervention, safety planning, discharge, transition, and continuity-of-care practices. Partner with the President & CEO on audits, accreditation, regulatory and payer reviews, corrective actions, staff competencies, and continuous quality improvement.
