Job Description

We are seeking individuals with genuine empathy and patience to help care for our residents' needs. Applicants must have a caring approach and be willing to care for the needs of patients and the team. Pillars for successful employment are work ethic, integrity, and competence. We are currently seeking a Resident Care Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide daily care to residents Assist with dining needs Respond promptly to call lights Chart and document resident care activities Engage, converse, and interact with residents to promote a positive environment Maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent care for elderly residents

Requirements:

Excellent documentation skills Passion for working with the elderly
