Join us in helping people rediscover the strength already within them. ‍ About the Position We are currently hiring a licensed therapist to join our Outpatient team as a Youth Outpatient Specialist & Program Supervisor. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping youth build healthy coping skills, emotional resilience, and self-awareness through meaningful individual and outpatient group therapy. Clinicians in this role will work with clients ages 10-18 in a supportive, collaborative outpatient setting.

There are opportunities to work with other ages, while the youth population will remain your primary caseload. In addition to the primary clinical role, Youth Program Supervisor is an opportnity for those who are interested in leading a youth team with passion and skills. ‍ What You'll Do Facilitate two 90-minute outpatient therapy groups each week for youth clients, including one in-person group and one virtual group (flexible scheduling available) Provide individual outpatient therapy for clients stepping down from higher levels of care, including IOP/PHP (caseload of approximately 15-20 clients per week) Maintain afternoon and evening availability Monday through Friday (3 evenings required for the role) •If interested in program supervisor position: 2 group supervisions run per month, availability for consultation between group supervision ‍ What You Bring At least one year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families Strong ability to build rapport and foster emotional and behavioral growth in youth Familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed skills, play therapy, or related modalities Knowledge of treatment planning, clinical documentation, and outpatient best practices Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field Active clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) ‍ Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $96,000 to $113,000 Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) FSA $500 CE stipend Ongoing clinical, personal, and professional support Company laptop Financial wellness support (Fin Fit) ‍

$85,000.00 - $113,000.00 per year
