We are looking for an energetic, positive, and dependable person to join our team and help us create an amazing experience for our patients. What You'll Do Greet patients and create a welcoming, positive experience Answer phones, texts, and emails Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care Help patients stay on track with their programs Assist with basic therapies when needed Help keep the office organized and running smoothly Learn and confidently communicate our mission and services Who We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic Excellent communication and people skills Organized and able to multitask Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable with basic computer systems Willing to learn, train, and grow Passionate about health and helping others Schedule Approximately 30-40 hours per week

Monday:

9 AM-6

PM Tuesday:

2 PM-6

PM Wednesday:

9 AM-6

PM Thursday:

9 AM-6 PM Additional time for opening/closing responsibilities, team meetings, and training.
