Job Description Job Description Palmetto Health is a successful and highly regarded concierge medical practice providing comprehensive care focusing primarily on internal medicine, bariatric medicine (weight loss) and anti-aging/regenerative medicine. The practice is seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator / Office Manager who is organized, self-motivated, sales oriented and has expertise in customer service. The position requires knowledge and experience in all aspects of medical practice office management such as: scheduling, billing, insurance claim aging, office compliance with HIPAA/OSHA, bookkeeping, handling staff disciplinary concerns, staff training, handling of computer issues, inventory management, and ensuring consistency with all company policies. This is an amazing opportunity for an energetic and talented Patient Care Coordinator / Office Manager to further grow and develop an already well-established medical practice and help take it to the next level. Job duties of the Patient Care Coordinator / Office Manager include but are not limited to: Supervise and coordinate office staff and schedules Educate patients about the concierge service options offered by the practice Provide quotes to patients for practice service and membership offerings Oversee the provider's schedule to ensure optimal efficiency Engage with patients in the office to ensure outstanding customer service Track and measure all product sales Track and measure all program sales (bariatric and anti-aging programs) Participate and lead program growth and development initiatives Work with practice vendors to ensure smooth office operations The position is structured as follows: Full-time Monday - Friday, day shift only
Experience and Qualifications:
5+ years medical practice and management experience, preferred. Prior sales and marketing experience in the healthcare industry. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be well organized, reliable and self-motivated. Above average computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). QuickBooks experience, preferred. Friendly, personable and professional demeanor. Have a genuine interest in Bariatric (weight management) and Anit-Aging Medicine, as the Patient Care Coordinator / Office Manager will interact with patients and assist them by answering questions about products and service offerings.
