FCI Estill, SC Duties Help Serves as a Clinical Director a Bureau of Prisons' (BOP) federal correctional facility. The Clinical Director functions as the primary physician for a full scope and range of medical services to the inmes confined this facility. Responsible for clinical care provided the institution, including reviewing applicions and credentials for membership to the medical staff; interviewing prospective physicians and mid-level providers; implementing and monitoring in-house Continuing Professional Educion (CPE) training; maintaining the quality of health records; supervising Physicians (if applicable), and evaluing pient care through an ongoing quality assurance program th identifies problems and their resolution.
