We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Operations Manager to lead multi-site clinic operations, drive performance, and ensure an outstanding patient and employee experience. What You Will Do As a Senior Operations Manager, you will lead the overall performance and daily operations of multiple high-volume clinic locations. You'll partner closely with executive leadership, providers, and staff to ensure efficient workflows, strong financial performance, and an exceptional patient experience. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight, requiring you to analyze data, develop teams, and continuously improve processes. Direct daily operations for 1-3 clinic locations, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of high-quality patient care. Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff, including scheduling, performance management, and engagement initiatives. Drive strategic growth and operational improvement initiatives in partnership with executive leadership. Analyze performance metrics, dashboards, and EHR workflows to optimize patient access and clinic efficiency. Oversee provider scheduling and utilization to support volume, access, and growth goals. Manage administrative and clinical inventory, including purchasing workflows and supply optimization. Coordinate facility operations, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships. Support onboarding and offboarding of providers and staff. Achieve financial objectives through budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle oversight. Promote an exceptional patient experience by addressing concerns and supporting service excellence initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and required staff training. A Typical Day You'll lead clinic operations across multiple locations, balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution. Responsibilities may include managing staff performance, resolving patient concerns, analyzing reports and data, overseeing inventory and facilities, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. Schedule Onsite, Full-time, exempt position. Core business hours are Monday-Friday; additional hours may be required based on operational needs.
Qualifications What You'll Bring Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred; Masters in Healthcare Administration/ Master in Business Administration highly preferred. 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or medical practice operations. Skills Strong business acumen and experience managing clinic performance and growth. Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive engagement, and manage change effectively. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between CEENTA locations.
