This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the waiver services, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, and supporting individuals from underserved communities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and a strong commitment to improving access to essential services for those in need. Responsibilities Manage the implementation and ongoing administration of the CES waiver program, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements. Coordinate with service providers, community organizations, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless delivery of services. Oversee case management processes, including intake, assessment, planning, and ongoing support for individuals enrolled in the waiver program. Monitor program performance metrics and prepare reports to inform continuous improvement efforts. Provide guidance and support to staff and partners involved in delivering services under the CES waiver. Ensure that services are accessible and culturally appropriate for individuals from underserved communities. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to the waiver program. Stay informed about updates or changes in policy related to community engagement services and Medicaid waivers. Qualifications Proven experience managing or coordinating Medicaid or similar community-based waiver programs. Strong understanding of healthcare or social service systems, especially related to underserved populations. Experience working directly with individuals from underserved communities, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including service providers, community organizations, and clients. Ability to interpret regulatory guidelines and ensure program compliance. Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
