Job Description

Build and lead the program — MAT, grants, team, and community partnerships are yours. $104,200-$121,950 + full benefits. Monday-Friday, 8-5. No weekends. We're seeking an SUD Program Manager to run day-to-day operations of the Substance Use Disorder and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program at a 50-year-old non-profit community health center in Grass Valley, CA. What Makes This Role Different Genuine program-building seat: design workflows, policies, and initiatives across clinics Supervise a multidisciplinary team (SUD nurse case managers, counselors, MA) Own grants end-to-end — applications, budgets, reporting — with stable organizational backing Mission-driven, trauma-informed care for Native American and underserved communities Monday-Friday schedule, full benefits, NHSC-approved site Growing 3-clinic system — leadership visibility from day one What You'll Do Oversee SUD/MAT program operations and quality improvement. Lead and coach SUD staff across clinics. Manage grant deliverables and reports. Build relationships with outside agencies, the ED-bridge program, and community partners. Partner directly with the Behavioral Health Director and Medical Director on program growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) 2+ years in a healthcare or education-related program/department Behavioral health and/or SUD experience; supervisory or program-management experience Familiarity with grant-funded programs Valid driver's license. RN license a plus. Preference in filling vacancies will be given to qualified Indian applicants in accordance with the Indian Preference Act (Title 25, U.S. Code, §472 & 473). Pay:
