Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Home Care Provider Relations Coordinator to strengthen partnerships between healthcare organizations and home care providers. This vital role involves fostering collaborative relationships, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of home-based care services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare management, nursing leadership, and operational oversight, with a passion for improving patient outcomes through effective provider engagement. Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with home care providers to promote seamless service delivery and collaboration Coordinate provider onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing compliance in accordance with healthcare regulation policies such as JCAHO standards Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among clinical teams, management, and external partners to optimize care coordination Monitor provider performance metrics and implement Performance Improvement (PI) strategies to enhance service quality Support strategic management initiatives by analyzing operational data and recommending process improvements Lead provider education sessions on healthcare policies, medical management practices, and regulatory updates Oversee healthcare financial management aspects related to provider contracts, billing processes, and reimbursement procedures Communicate effectively with executive leadership to report on provider relations activities and strategic progress Ensure adherence to healthcare management standards including JCAHO accreditation requirements and nursing leadership best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; Master's degree preferred Extensive experience in healthcare management or operations within a home care or similar setting Proven expertise in medical management, medical leadership, and nursing leadership roles Strong knowledge of health regulation policies such as JCAHO accreditation standards and compliance requirements Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional projects, and influence senior leadership Familiarity with healthcare financial management principles including billing, reimbursement, and contract negotiations Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams Strategic thinker with experience in operational management and performance improvement initiatives Knowledge of healthcare regulation policies, JCAHO standards, and best practices in healthcare management Join us in transforming home care services through strategic provider engagement and innovative operational leadership. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
