Known for fostering a collaborative culture, investing in employee development, and maintaining a robust project pipeline, they offer a stable environment where talented construction professionals can build rewarding long-term careers Job Description The Healthcare Construction Project Manager will report to senior operational leadership and play a critical role in delivering successful healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead and manage healthcare construction projects while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project expectations and deliverables. Oversee project planning, procurement activities, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding scope, schedule, cost, and risk. Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to maintain successful project outcomes. The Successful Applicant Experience managing healthcare construction projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager. Strong understanding of construction project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration. Knowledge of healthcare construction requirements, regulatory standards, and compliance expectations. Experience utilizing project management and scheduling software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client, subcontractor, and stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred What's on Offer Competitive base salary :130,000-150,000 Annual performance bonus.
