What You'll Do:
As a BHN Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals while contributing to projects and initiatives that support BHN's mission and operations. Internship experiences may vary based on department, academic program, and organizational needs.
Potential Internship Areas Include:
Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Information Technology and Cybersecurity Finance and Accounting Marketing and Communications Business Administration and Operations Quality Improvement and Data Analytics Compliance and Risk Management Training and Organizational Development Healthcare Administration Behavioral Health Programs and Clinical Services Community Outreach and Engagement Project Management and Special Initiatives Interns may: Participate in department projects and organizational initiatives Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions Assist with process improvement efforts and operational workflows Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the organization Attend meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities Gain exposure to leadership, strategic planning, and healthcare operations Contribute ideas and solutions that support BHN's mission and goals
What You'll Bring:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate program Interest in behavioral healthcare, business, technology, administration, or related fields Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other standard technology platforms Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to meaningful projects Commitment to professionalism, diversity, inclusion, and BHN's mission We Hire for HEART!
