Job Description

Our Government & Public Services practice helps government agencies and public sector organizations address complex operational challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes. As part of this work, the Site Analyst supports site implementation activities that help teams stay organized, meet project milestones, and maintain accurate project records. This role is well suited for a detail-oriented professional who can coordinate multiple administrative and project support activities in a fast-paced environment. Work you'll do As a Behavioral Health Project Management Senior Consultant on the Operations Transformation team, you will be responsible for project management support for the clients behavioral health office on strategic behavioral health initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and managing detailed project schedules and workplans coordinating cross-functional activities across client and internal teams, overseeing a small support team delivering regular status reporting and executive-level updates Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks — all while ensuring alignment with the clients policies and behavioral health program requirements A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Ability to provide clear guidance to others The team Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice serves federal, state, and local government clients, as well as public higher education institutions. Within GPS, the Operations Transformation offering supports clients through business process improvement, operating model design, and implementation-focused project delivery. Teams work closely with clients to help modernize operations, improve execution, and deliver mission-driven results.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree; public health, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of professional experience supporting an office of behavioral health, with demonstrated familiarity with its programs, stakeholders, and operating environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and its application to offices of behavioral health initiatives. Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the role. Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Must be able to be on site at the client location in Boston, Massachusetts.
