Job Description The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clinical support within the audiology department, assisting with patient communication, appointment scheduling, hearing-aid support, and overall department organization. The candidate should be professional, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with patients and clinical staff in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, return patient calls, and communicate professionally with patients. Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate audiology appointments. Review patient instructions and assist with general patient questions and requests. Request referrals and communicate patient messages and concerns to the audiologist. Scan, organize, and maintain accurate patient documentation and records. Process and organize invoices and other administrative documentation. Prepare hearing aids and related equipment for patient pickup. Charge hearing-aid devices and assist with basic hearing-aid logistics. Track hearing-aid orders and assist with order-related communication. Clean, organize, and restock audiology rooms and work areas. Order department supplies and maintain accurate inventory. Maintain organized and accurate patient information, referrals, orders, supplies, and invoices.
Work collaboratively with audiologists and other clinical staff to support efficient department operations.
Provide a professional, courteous, and positive experience for patients.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Specific Skills Required

Previous healthcare, medical office or audiology experience is preferred but not required.
