Job Description

Looking for an externship where you'll gain strong clinical experience while being part of a supportive, fun, and collaborative team? Join our growing audiology department! We currently have two CCC-A audiologists and two additional audiologists that are pursuing the certification. Plus, we pride ourselves on a positive culture where audiologists, ENTs, and audiology assistants work closely together, support one another, and enjoy team outings outside of work. As an extern, you'll gain hands-on experience with: Comprehensive diagnostic evaluations (approximately 80% adult, 20% pediatric) Hearing aid fittings and verification (approximately 95% adult, 5% pediatric) Patients with complex hearing losses Real ear measurements and evidence-based hearing aid care Collaborative care alongside a highly respected ENT team You'll work with pediatric patients for diagnostic testing and hearing aid care, primarily ages 5 and older, while building a strong foundation in adult audiology. Yes Does the externship site provide orientation to quality assessment, quality assurance and quality improvement?
