Full Job Description Job Summary:
Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC), with multiple locations in Oakland, Wayne, and Macomb Counties, is excited to announce multiple opportunities to become an integral part of our growing team as a full-time Audiology Assistant! As an Audiology Assistant, you will be directly involved in our Perfect Patient Journey, ensuring that we deliver patient-focused care at all times. We are looking for individuals who learn quickly, are capable of working independently as well as part of a team and have a positive attitude.
About us:
Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants (ENTC) has been in practice for almost 50 years and is highly regarded in the medical community. Our office stays up-to-date with the latest in surgical and medical treatment(s) and equipment for a state of the art facility.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Demonstrate kindness and compassion in all patient interactions. Help patients by providing information, services, and assistance. Conduct Basic Hearing Screenings Guide patients through Hearing Aid Orientations Reminder calls for patients Repairing Hearing Aids Scheduling appointments Maintaining supplies Knowledge of Insurance verification and billing
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Preferred experience in Otolaryngology.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year related audiology assistant experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
