Yes Externship site expects the extern to have mastered these skills before they begin their clinical externship: We understand this is an ongoing learning experience where you will have the oppertunity to practice and master necessary skills to suceed as a professional post graduation. However, we hope our applicants have adequate foundational skills in order to complete the following:

• Otoscopy
• Tympanometry
• Standard comprehensive audiometric evaluation
• Earmold impressions
