We are an established organization dedicated to providing quality and compassionate residential care to the adults with developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking to fill the following positions: Direct Support Professional (RBT) (All Shifts AM, PM and Overnight)- Job duties include but not limited to: behavioral support, light housekeeping, cooking, assisting with medication, assisting with completion of daily living skills including grooming and hygiene. Must have 6 months paid experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, which will be verified.

Position requires:

Ability to pass DOJ fingerprint clearance, drug screening, high school completion or equivalent and possession of a valid CA driver's license. Must pass DSP Year 1 and 2 training within 12 months. Rate of pay is $25 per hour and increases to $27 per hour once RBT certification is obtained (required within 12 months from date of hire).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to residents in alignment with company policies and care standards. Implement individualized support and care plans. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents at all times. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. .
