- Eligible in 30 days or less Time and a half pay for working on company approved holidays.

Requirements:
Able to pass a background check (per state industry standards) Valid driver's license, clean driving record, safe and operational vehicle What You'll Do (Job Duties): Assist clients on building independent living skills (e.g., cooking, budgeting, hygiene) Encourage, motivate, and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges Help plan, create, and organize tasks and schedules that promote goal achievement for your clients Provide consistent documentation of progress through case notes ✅
